  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (177°C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan using butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Mash the Bananas: In a large mixing bowl, use a fork to mash the peeled bananas until they're smooth.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: Add the sugar, beaten egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir these ingredients together until they're well mixed.
  4. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
